Hooklink materials (part 2)

Being the closed season I begin restocking the terminal tackle box. I just wondered what your preferred hooklink material is. I use green strip tease but was thinking about trying flurocarbon for the coming season. What do you recommend? does it even matter?
Also hooks i have used the several over the past seasons what are your favourites.
