I have been using boiles for Barbel since about 96 when i caught a small barbel by accident on the Stour when chub fishing using two Richworth midi cheese boiles on the hair, and since those dark ages i have tried them in every flavour from all the major companies both in frozen and ready made trying to find best one possible, and the CC Moore boiles are right up there at the very top when it comes to barbel boiles. But IMO the best barbel boiles i have ever used are DT Baits Pukka Fish with Oily Chicken especially in the summer/autumn but it's effectiveness drops once the weather gets cold
