Sonubaits - Any good???

Postby CabbagePatchKid » 11 Sep 2012 00:26

I've been giving the Sonubaits Hemp and Spicy Sausage hookbaits/groundbait a try. Smells like it can't fail, but I didn't get a touch in the two sessions I've tried it

Anyone had any success with this bait?

There needs to be fish there in the first place for success Nick

I have had good results with the pellet version on the Wye, but not tried them on the BA.

Keep trying, I'm sure you will get one on them soon & then you will be more confident ;)

Cheers

I've been using the very same bait for a few months now, loads of 4 to 5lb chub on them and a few whiskers too when it's coloured. Great bait in my view, bloody stinks though!

Yes, Neil, never known a smell last like it. I've washed my hands 2 or 3 times when I got home and can still smell it!!
